1. Welcome & account setup
Why TreZor?
TreZor blends industrial-grade security with a smooth user experience. Whether you’re safeguarding long-term investments or making daily transfers, TreZor is built to minimize risk and maximize clarity.
Create your account
Click Sign up.
Enter a working email, choose a strong password (12+ characters, mix of letters, numbers, symbols).
Read and accept the Terms — we keep privacy and security transparent.
Verify your email using the code we send.
Pro tip
Use an email address you check regularly and never reuse important passwords across multiple critical accounts.
2. Protect your account — enable 2FA
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is required for withdrawals and important settings changes.
Install an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or similar).
Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication.
Scan the QR code and save the recovery code somewhere safe.
If you ever lose your phone, that recovery code will be what gets you back in — guard it like a key.
3. Connect a device (optional hardware wallet)
TreZor supports both software and hardware wallets. For the highest security, pair TreZor with a hardware wallet.
Plug in your hardware device (USB or Bluetooth depending on your model).
Follow on-screen prompts to pair.
Confirm device fingerprints to ensure you’re connecting to the genuine hardware.
Hardware wallets keep private keys offline so even if your computer is compromised, your assets remain protected.
4. Backup & recovery — the single most important step
During setup you’ll create a recovery seed phrase — usually 12, 18, or 24 words.
Do this right:
Write down the seed phrase on the included recovery card or a metal backup plate. Never store it digitally (no screenshots, no cloud notes).
Store copies in separate safe locations (e.g., home safe, bank safety deposit, trusted family member).
Do not share the phrase with anyone — TreZor support will never ask for it.
If someone gets your seed phrase, they get full control of your funds. If you lose it and your device fails, your funds are gone.
5. Fund your TreZor wallet
Navigate to Wallet → Receive.
Generate an address for the specific asset (e.g., BTC, ETH).
Confirm the address on-screen and on your hardware device if using one.
Send a small test transfer first to confirm everything is working.
Important: Cryptocurrency addresses are asset-specific. Never send tokens to the wrong chain (e.g., sending Ether to a Bitcoin address).
6. Send, swap, and manage assets
TreZor makes common tasks intuitive:
Send: Enter an address, choose fee speed (economy — standard — priority), confirm on device.
Swap: Instantly swap between supported assets with transparent fees and slippage settings.
Portfolio: View balances, recent transactions, and performance over time.
Recurring: Set scheduled buys or transfers for dollar-cost averaging.
Every sensitive action prompts a second confirmation and (if enabled) device verification.
7. Advanced features (for power users)
Multi-sig wallets: Split control across multiple keys for shared governance.
Vault mode: Time-locked withdrawals for large holdings.
Role-based access: Create view-only accounts or restricted signers for teams.
API & integrations: Use TreZor with DeFi tools, tax software, or portfolio trackers.
These features are optional but extremely valuable for institutional or high-value users.
8. Security best practices
Keep firmware and software up to date.
Confirm addresses visually on hardware devices.
Use multi-sig for large sums.
Be skeptical of unsolicited messages and phishing links. Always navigate to TreZor via your saved bookmark — never through a link in an email.
If you suspect compromise, move funds to a fresh wallet immediately.
9. Troubleshooting quick guide
Can’t log in: Check your email for verification or use the 2FA recovery code. If lost, follow the account recovery flow.
Missing funds: Check transaction IDs on the correct blockchain explorer. If confirmed, the funds are at the destination address — TreZor can’t reverse transactions.
Device not recognized: Try a different cable/port, disable browser extensions, or restart your device.
Seed phrase questions: TreZor support will never request your recovery phrase. If someone asks, it’s a scam.

10. FAQ (brief)
Q: Is TreZor custodial?
A: No. TreZor is non-custodial — you hold your private keys unless you explicitly opt into custody services.
Q: What if my device is stolen?
A: Use your seed phrase to recover funds on a new device. If you suspect the thief knows your PIN, move funds after recovery.
Q: Are there fees?
A: Network fees apply for on-chain transfers. TreZor shows fee estimates and lets you choose speed. Swaps include transparent service fees.
11. Community & learning

Design & color recommendations (unique palette)
Use a modern, trust-focused palette that feels premium and tech-forward:
Primary: #0F4C81 (Deep Indigo — trust + sophistication)
Accent: #00C2A8 (Aquamarine — action, success)
Secondary: #7D6BFF (Lavender Indigo — innovation)
Background: #0A0F1A (Near-black) and #F7F9FC (Off-white) for light mode
Surface cards: #101426 (dark) / #FFFFFF (light)
Muted text: #9AA4B2
Success: #00B37E, Warning: #FFB020, Error: #FF4D4F
Use subtle glassmorphism for cards (blur + slight transparency) on dark backgrounds, and soft shadows for depth.
Typography & spacing
Heading: Inter / Plus Jakarta Sans — bold, rounded edges for approachability.
Body: Inter / Roboto — regular 16px, 1.5 line-height for readability.
Button: 14–16px, uppercase for primary CTAs.
Spacing: generous 24–32px gutters on desktop, 16px on mobile.
Button styles & microcopy
Primary button (accent on dark): background #00C2A8, label Start securelySecondary (outline): border #7D6BFF, label Connect hardwareGhost (link): transparent, label Learn more
Microcopy examples:
Onboarding success: “Setup complete — your TreZor is ready.”
Seed reminder: “Write down your recovery phrase — no digital copies.”
Small helper under password: “Use a password manager for best results.”
Mirror format (alternate layout for RTL / mirrored UI or reversed hierarchy)
If you want a mirrored layout (for localized languages, RTL interfaces, or a design that visually flips content), apply these adjustments:
Flip horizontal alignment: hero image & primary CTA on left instead of right.
Reverse visual flow in step lists: show step numbers on the right, content to the left.
For the sidebar: move security checklist to the left and support/contact to the right.
Keep the exact same copy above, but reorder headings visually:
Quick start
Final checklist
Welcome & account setup
Protect your account
Connect a device
Backup & recovery
Fund wallet
Send, swap, manage
Advanced features
Security best practices

FAQ
Community & CTA
This mirrored hierarchy helps users who read right-to-left or prefer a reverse scanning path. Keep colors, spacing, and microcopy identical for brand consistency.
